The Associate III/ IV is responsible for accurate and timely entry and reporting of financial transactions for clients. Articulates an understanding of procedures and workflow of the department and clients.

The Associate I/ II takes part in preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reviewing general ledger transactions and events. Articulates an understanding of procedures and workflow of the department and clients.

The Associate assists in carrying out quality audits and other assurance services to clients. This is achieved by gaining a good understanding of the clients’ operations, workflows, and standards, and applying to the audit and other assurance engagements. The Associate must be able and available to travel throughout the Caribbean.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department with the accurate recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions. The role includes processing salary deductions, accounts receivable and payable transactions, bank reconciliations, insurance billings, petty cash, monthly reporting and audit preparation.
