    Over 25 Years of Regional Recruitment & Workforce Expertise

    Caribbean Resourcing Solutions (CRS) was founded in April 1996 with a simple but ambitious vision to bridge the growing gap between Caribbean businesses and highly skilled technical talent.

    At a time when specialized recruitment services were still emerging across the region, CRS became one of the first recruitment firms in the Caribbean dedicated to technical and professional staffing. What began as a focused recruitment partner for the Information Technology sector quickly expanded into Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, and large-scale project support as regional industries evolved and international investment increased throughout the Caribbean.

    From our headquarters in Trinidad & Tobago, we built long-standing relationships with multinational corporations, regional enterprises, consulting firms, and project contractors who required a trusted partner that understood both the Caribbean business environment and the technical demands of their industries.

    Over the past two decades, CRS has successfully supported recruitment and workforce solutions across Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados, Suriname, The Bahamas, and wider Caribbean markets. As industries transformed and workforce expectations evolved, so did we.

    Mariska Seereeram

    Head of Talent Acquisition

    Mariska Seereeram is Head of Talent Acquisition at Caribbean Resourcing Solutions Limited.

    She brings over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Management advisory.

    She specializes in leadership development strategies, performance management and industrial relations best practices in Trinidad and Tobago, supporting business leaders and staff of local and international companies.

    Mariska holds a Masters of Business Administration, Certificate in Mediation skills, Advanced Diploma in Business Information Systems and Certificate in Labour Laws. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and member of American Society for Quality.

    Marc Cheng Wing

    Director

    Marc Cheng Wing is a qualified Accountant and has professional experience as an auditor, internal accountant and management consultant. His industry experience in the financial sector includes RBTT Bank Limited, Transocean Inc in the energy sector and PwC Management Consulting in the consulting sector. Mr. Cheng Wing brings to the learning table a depth of technical and project management expertise. He has been involved in several IT implementations, strategic planning and business process re-engineering and change management projects.

    Catherine Perreira

    Director

    Catherine Perreira brings over 15 years local and international head office experience in Global Communications across a wide range of industries such as Financial, Insurance, Hospitality, Outsourcing and Broadcasting.

    Catherine works with franchises and international companies ensuring a smooth transition ahead of market opening in the Caribbean working closely with HR managers, recruitment advisors, legal and communications and external vendors.

    Catherine is also a Personal Performance Coach supporting young people, start-ups and managers through coaching and mentoring programs.

    Wendy Wong Won

    Director

    Wendy Wong Won is currently the Manager of Administration at Aegis. Wendy holds a diploma in Accounting and Finance, Seneca College, Toronto, She completed the 2nd of 3 levels, C.G.A. of Canada. Wendy has over 16 years experience in accounting services. She worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited for 8 years before joining the Aegis family since its inception in 2001. Her experience extends to treasury management, property management, preparation of financial statements.

    Andrea Montenegro Romero

    Talent Acquisition Associate

    Andrea Montenegro Romero is a Talent Acquisition Associate at Caribbean Resourcing Solutions (CRS), supporting clients across the full talent acquisition lifecycle from understanding workforce requirements and developing targeted search strategies to sourcing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates.

    With a background in Social Work, she brings a strong people-centred approach to talent acquisition, combining effective communication, active listening, and relationship management to connect organisations with the right talent.

    Fluent in English and Spanish, Andrea supports CRS’s regional and international recruitment efforts, engaging effectively with diverse clients and candidates across cultures and markets.

    Cassie Lookan

    Talent Sourcing & Engagement Coordinator

    Cassie Lookan is a recruitment professional with five years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement and recruitment delivery. She brings a strategic and people-focused approach to identifying and connecting organizations with high-calibre talent across a range of industries, with particular experience supporting mid-to-senior-level and technical recruitment mandates.

    At Caribbean Resourcing Solutions, Cassie plays an integral role in regional and international talent sourcing initiatives, leveraging targeted recruitment strategies and market insights to identify, engage and attract qualified professionals. She works closely with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a responsive and tailored experience aligned with organizational requirements and business objectives.

    Her expertise spans talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, recruitment and selection, and client support. Cassie is particularly focused on building strong talent pipelines and delivering recruitment solutions that enable organizations to access the skills and capabilities needed to support their growth.
    Cassie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, with minors in Sociology and Social Development Policy and Planning. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management and has undertaken additional professional training in talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, and compensation and benefits.
