Job Summary:

The Field Coordinator will be the face of E&C in Trinidad & Tobago: the first person our students and groups meet when they land, and the one who makes sure every visit, transfer and activity runs smoothly. Your energy and reliability turn each mobility into a safe and memorable experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming participants

• Meet participants at Piarco airport and handle return transfers

• Check-in at the accommodation and induction day

• Introduce useful places and safety rules

Facilitation & supervision

• Accompany groups to company and institutional visits

• Lead cultural activities and group moments

• Daily briefings and debriefings, follow-up of interns

Logistics coordination

• Manage local suppliers: accommodation, transport, catering

• Confirm scheduled appointments and handle the unexpected

• Agreements on WhatsApp, always confirmed by e-mail

Reporting & preparation

• Dashboard updated before 5 pm on every mobility day

• Photos, videos and mobility reports

• Between mobilities, remotely: programme preparation and local partner prospecting

Job Requirements and Education:

Must-Have

• Live in Trinidad & Tobago and be able to work as a freelancer

• French: C1 level minimum

• Native English

• Experience in youth supervision, tourism or events

• Calm under pressure, responsive, service-minded

Nice To Have

• Driving licence

• First aid training

• A local network: companies, institutions, suppliers
