RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal drafting, including preparing letters, pleadings, applications, witness statements and submissions
Conducting legal research
Drafting legal opinions and advice
Representing clients as an Instructing Attorney-at-Law before the Industrial Court, High Court and Court of Appeal
Attending Case Management Conferences and procedural hearings

EMPLOYMENT:

Permanent, subject to a probationary period

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Legal Education Certificate (LEC)
1–5 years of experience
